With his paintings, Filippo seeks to tell the viewer the story of the people who are close to him through two different styles: the outer world represented with the help of a typical narrative of realism, and the inner world, which he represents through abstraction. The relationship between these two very different and at the same time so connected universes allows the viewer to have a deeper insight of the person portrayed in Filippo's paintings.
